FOUR-YEAR-OLD violinist Leia Zhu received standing ovations from the audience at the 22nd annual North East Last Night of the Proms.
Leia showed no nerves as she performed in front of a packed crow at Newcastle City Hall.
The youngster hushed the hall with her playing - an achievement in itself given that this is a traditionally high-spirited affair.
